This privacy policy applies to the Lasco app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Studio Byway (collectively, the "Application"). Studio Byway is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Lasco is local first: your photos and videos, and any backup destinations you configure, stay on your device and the file servers you point it to. The Service Provider does not operate any server that receives your data.

Cookies and tracking technologies

The Application does not use cookies, SDKs, pixels, or any other tracking or analytics technology.

Your Rights

Since the Service Provider does not collect any personal data, there is nothing held about you to access, correct, or delete.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

The Service Provider does not collect, sell, or share personal information, so there is no personal information to disclose, delete, or opt out of. If you are a California resident and have questions about this, contact the Service Provider at contact@studiobyway.com.

Third Party Access

The Application does not share any information with third parties, because none is collected in the first place.

International Data Transfers

The Application does not transfer any personal data anywhere, including outside your country of residence, because none is collected.

Opt-Out Rights

There is no data collection to opt out of. Uninstalling the Application removes it and any locally stored data from your device.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider does not retain any personal data, since none is collected.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them, and does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Security

The Application stores your data locally on your device and, at your direction, on file servers you configure, and encrypts that data as described in the format specification. The Service Provider does not operate infrastructure that stores or processes your data, and provides no guarantee against data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.

Data Breach Notification

Because the Service Provider does not collect or host any personal data, there is no Service Provider held data that could be exposed in a breach. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date.
